Amalee is a Jordanian-American innovation and design expert in the humanitarian and international development space, having worked with global organisations to develop and design innovative products and services. Amalee has extensive project conception, innovation management, and facilitation experience in the non-profit sector. She has led creation of innovative design products and services for leading UN and NGO organizations, working closely with affected communities to co-create and design solutions and innovations. She is trained in human-centered design, design thinking, user research and participatory methods. She is an experienced somatic therapy coach and blends her training in trauma therapy to inform projects working with vulnerable communities.
Agatha is a native British citizen, of Ghanaian-British descent. She is an experienced illustrator, a design director, scriptwriter, educator and curriculum expert having worked for over 8 years with youth and ESL students in Jordan. Agatha has extensive writing, design, teaching pedagogy, curricula design, and sales & marketing copywriting, experience, Agatha is familiar with multiple design and educational platforms.. Agatha has written end-to-end scripts for online self-paced courses, and extensively written impact content for a variety of NGOs and Foundations, most recently producing illustrations, communication strategies, scripts, speeches and media content, and product management start-up school courses. Agatha is also a creative director, conceptualising, designing and implementing a variety of campaign content and products. Having worked with a variety of private and non-profit organisations, she is familiar with the tone, jargon, style and objectives of the NGO field.
Ala’a is a graphic and visual designer with extensive experience in designing graphics, digital assets and animations for a variety of platforms. He is an illustrator and animator with extensive experience in Adobe Suites, Indesign and Premier. Ala’a has designed interactive visual content for learning programs, Startup School masterclasses, game design and has designed, animated and illustrated extensive content for global NGO’s. Alaa is also an experienced video editor with a background in visual arts. He seamlessly blends his artistic approach and background in fine art with clients objectives, creating unique and recognisable aesthetics.

This position not only marks a time of balance and transition in nature but also symbolizes our commitment to bringing harmony and creativity into our design work.
